Job Description: Process mutual fund transactions and handle global mutual fund operations including subscriptions, redemptions, and currency conversions via BSE Star MF platform.
Manage client onboarding: KYC, AML, FATCA checks.
Reconcile daily trades, NAVs, and fund accounting records.
Generate MIS reports, client statements, and operational dashboards.
Ensure compliance with IFSCA / SEBI / AMFI guidelines and international regulations.
Coordinate with RTAs, custodians, fund administrators, and distributors.
Provide operational support to sales teams and resolve distributor/investor queries.
Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.

To ensure the applicable compliance to be performed in timely manner as per applicable rules/regulations issued by IFSCA/FIU-Ind/other statutory authority.
Ensuring compliance with IFSCA Global Access Provider Circular (GAP Circular).
Processing the application for onboarding of business referral partners/corporate clients etc. by implementing due diligence and fulfilling the regulatory requirements.
Working on various legal agreements related to business partners / vendors.
Working on screening / transaction monitoring alerts as per organization policy.
Periodic review of AML Policy and SOPs made thereunder.

She/He shall drive an operational environment that delivers with excellence, while ensuring robust risk management practices and effective compliance of regulatory standards. She/He shall engage with key stakeholders, to build a supportive, best in class ecosystem in GIFT City and to achieve the objectives and vision of India INX GA. She/He shall lead an ethical, high performing, values-driven organization, and a culturally cohesive team.
Experience: 15+ years
Qualification: Post-graduate in Economics/ Finance/ Business Management / Commerce or professional qualification (Chartered Accountant / CFA / FRM/LLM)
15+ years of experience, of which at least 3 years should have been in senior management/leadership roles in the financial/capital markets.
Skill Required:
Demonstrated track record in a leadership /senior management role, in capital/securities markets with a good understanding of risk management relating to the capital and commodity markets.
Strong understanding of global markets and various products which are most popular in other jurisdictions along with related applicable laws and regulations.
Strong understanding of AML/KYC/CFT norms applicable in international transactions.
Decent knowledge of RBI/FEMA norms related to various transactions involving foreign exchange, both inbound and outbound.
